Shipments
The preparation of orders will be held at the time we receive the confirmation of transfer or bank deposit or payment via card. When the order leaves our warehouses the order status changes to "Envoy", from that moment the delivery time is 48 hours to 72 hours working days depending on the type of shipping that had been requested in the order.
Shipping within the peninsula include handling and packaging costs as well as transportation. They will be €2.95 in the mode "Collection at post office" with a period of 3 to 5 working days and €4.95 on the "Delivery to address" mode with a period of 2 to 3 business days, always counting from the moment the order leaves our warehouse.
Shipments to the Balearic Islands will be €9.95.
Shipments to Ceuta, Melilla, Gran Canaria and Andorra are sent by post, within 3-5 working days from when the order leaves our warehouse. The shipping price will be determined when making the order, approximately € 14.95.
In the case of urgent request (express - 24 hours) the shipping cost is €7.95 and it is necessary to place the order before 18:00 h. We will contact you and all right be will receive it in one working day, provided that the product is in stock and our facilities. Otherwise it may take 2 working days if the product is in stock but outside our facilities. This service is made through the Agency of transportation MRW.
For international shipments should consult prices.
Deliveries on Saturday will have an increase of €3 on the price.
Sometimes we can enable an express carrier for fast delivery on weekdays, always and when they occur before noon, where the next day was festive will be shipping the next day so that the date of delivery will change on the next business day.
Important note for shipments with origin and destination Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: any withholding customs will not count for the purposes of the delivery commitment.

It is possible for us to send an order partially since some items are not available at this time. We will send you other items missing when they reach the store without any additional expenses.

By MRW regulations it is not permitted to open the package before you pay it.
The transit time of shipments going from the order leaves our facilities until the first attempted delivery at the indicated address. Important, is not included the time of preparation of the request or when the order status indicates "Waiting for the supplier".
Changes that are made by size, model or product will have a cost of €10 which includes return and forwarding expenses.
Another shipping option is to collect the package at our facilities. Shipping costs will be €0.

Packets will be sent at the time that we receive confirmation of deposit/bank transfer, payment with visa or once confirmed the data with the client, if the order is made with cash on delivery mode.
The Committee against refund will be 4% of the cash purchase, with a minimum charge of €2.95 and a maximum of €60 per expedition.
Orders with destination to the Canary Islands can only support the modality of payment deposit/bank transfer or visa.

Immediate delivery
Licensed products offers its customers the possibility to receive orders of form 2 h Max express provided that the product is in stock. These deliveries are available from Monday to Friday from 10 h to 22 h. The last hour for this service will be 6 pm. Populations in which this service is active are Capital Barcelona, L'Hospitalet de Llobregat and Santa Coloma de Gramanet, Sant Adrià del Besòs, Cornellà de Llobregat, Esplugues de Llobregat, Sant Just Sant Joan d' Espí.
The consumer will receive two notifications by SMS or email, depending on the data it has provided. We'll first notify you when it is collecting package along with a link so the customer can follow to the driver through the map out of our store to the point of delivery. The second notification will be to evaluate the service received.
* This service does not pay against refund the products purchased.
Returns
Licensed products will only accept returns that meet the following requirements:
1. the product must be in the same state that surrendered and its packaging and labeling original should be kept.
2. the shipping must be using the same box or shield of cardboard that has been received to protect the product. For the course that cannot be made with the protective box which was delivered, you must return it in a protective case so the product reaches our warehouse with the maximum possible guarantees.
3 must include a copy of the delivery note within the package, which also marked returned products and the reason for the return.

If the payment is "cash on delivery" will be sent a letter claiming such expenses and must make a bank transfer by paying the costs of shipping and return.
We guarantee the minimum prices in every moment, and return the amount of the price difference, provided that another store online who have seen it have in Stock. The guaranteed minimum price is not valid, if the other store online do not have in stock.
